This policy explains what PI Medical Doctor does with the information you send through this website. It covers the website only, not the medical records created when you become a patient, which are handled separately under healthcare privacy law.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the type of care you are asking about, your preferred language and, if you write one, your message. Nothing else. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
What we do NOT want you to send
Please do not include medical history, diagnoses, test results or any other clinical detail in the form. It is a public web form, not a medical record. Bring that information to your appointment instead.
How we use it
To answer you and schedule care. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Text messages
If you tick the SMS box, you agree to receive text messages from us at the number you provided. Message rates may apply. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to opt out; consent to texts is never a condition of receiving care.
Who else sees it
Your submission travels through service providers that make the site work: Vercel hosts it, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the sender is a person and not a bot, Resend delivers the notification email, and our appointment system stores the request so the team can follow up. They process the data on our behalf and for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to respond to your request and keep a record of the contact. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
Write to us to see, correct or delete what you sent through this site, or to stop being contacted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date.
